Introduction
This work was written in order to study the possibility of introducing automation of a gas-lift distribution manifold. The task is to transfer the processes that took place with human help to autonomous mode. Input data: there is a gas distribution manifold that uses manual throttle valves for gas lift. The operator must visit the site and manually open, close, or adjust the valve as appropriate. These choke valves should be replaced with control valves so that the operator can open and close these valves from the control room. These valves can also be set at a particular set point to operate automatically on their own.
Research and Limitations
Intelligent fields technology can increase the use of a set of skills, procedures, and techniques to maximize productivity while increasing oil recovery from resources. By designing an automated system for an integrated strategy of the gas-lift platform, this article adds to intelligent fields technologies by closing the gap between downhole equipment (Mehran and Didanloo, 2020). The purpose of this work is to analyze the working processes of the gas-lift distribution manifold in order to understand how these processes can be optimized. The main limitation is that there are remarkably few scientific works on this topic, and all experiments are recreated independently. Throughout the study, there were encounters with various difficulties with the equipment.
Conclusion
Gas-lift efficiency is becoming extremely important for hydraulic fracturing clients. The electrical submersible approach most nearly approximates natural flow. A gas lift is not the same as a positive displacement pump. Higher injection gas does not imply more output. A simple graph depicting liquids recovered vs. gas injected can be used to illustrate the well’s efficiency. The decrease in lift gas cycled through the sales line generates a decrease in manufacturing line pressure. As a consequence of this, there has been an increase in output.
