Nowadays, the pace of globalization’s development has increased, which formulates the birth of large international companies and cooperation. In this regard, the main success factor is well-developed management strategies and HR models. It includes priority areas that are essential for evolution and promote successful outcomes. The purpose is to analyze the APIGEE case in terms of Organizational Frames and how their principles expand my understanding of the issue.

These organizational frames include the crucial aspects to pay attention to in the company’s activities. It is important since the wrong prioritization when working with people can lead to a decline in income (Bolman & Deal, 2021). The structural frame implies an organizational structure analysis: goals, technology, roles, planning, and metrics. The HR frame is based on the individual characteristics of the employee, while the political frame considers this issue in terms of conflicts and needs. Finally, the symbolic frame considers the organization’s cultural aspects.

Using these frames and studying the APIGEE case, it is worth noting that my understanding of this issue was supplemented by an additional dimension of the concept of doing business. In other words, I can consider organizational issues from more diverse perspectives, such as the cultural frame. Its principles contribute to the analysis of additional factors, which in turn leads to more effective action. In addition, I reassessed the HR aspect’s importance, namely the employees’ individual characteristics. It is argued by the degree of influence of the individual’s characteristics on the organization’s overall workflow (Joseph et al., 2018). Finally, through the analysis of work processes from the perspective of conflicts and interests, one can effectively find a compromise in the aspect of cooperation.
