To begin with, it should be emphasized that any business information system is generally adapted to the realities of the business environment and the matters of the requirements, aimed at improving the allover business performance. The fact is that any business system, which exists on a market of information technologies, has to obey the particular rules and principles, aimed at regulating the basic performance of any system.
