Mann (2011) observes that the pop up restaurants are an update of the underground supper club. They are legit, licensed, open to the public domain, and the chefs featured are of high profile preparing and serving delicious and quality dishes. The difference with traditional restaurants is that they operate on a given time frame like a month, day or a week.
