Amazon is a leading global company in the online bookselling industry. The company has 32 million customers in approximately 150 countries. This may prevent customers from placing orders with the company and consumers may lose confidence with the company. It is important therefore for Amazon to fully address all of these issues in order to remain competitive in the industry.
