Introduction

The name Al Tazaj is an Arabic one which means ‘fresh’. Al Tazaj opened its first restaurant in 1989. The restaurant was started by the owner of a poultry farm. The most common meal served in these restaurants is a meal prepared out of traditional recipes that Shaikh Abdul Rahman’s wife used to prepare for him.

The restaurant has over 100 outlets making it the largest fast food chains in the entire region. This shows a positive trend in the efforts to expand the restaurants. Al Tazaj has managed to not only open restaurants in the Middle East but also in other countries such as the United States.
