You will need to provide a 1-page summation paper of your program or curriculum that will include a reference section that has 1-2 textbook(s) and 4-5 peer-reviewed articles that is in correct APA format. The paper will explain the program, what will be achieved, and how this will be progressed and include 5 peer-reviewed sources required (web pages are not acceptable) (textbooks can be used but not count towards the peer-reviewed sources). Content Areas to be addressed. Does the program effectively address the goal? Why are the exercises, volume, intensity, and recovery selected? What tests and evaluations are used and why? What references support your S&C plan? (Citations needed). What type of stretching and warm-up will be used and why? What physiological adaptations do you expect to occur?
