3rd 40-49: An essay that shows some understanding of ideas from the module but expresses them inaccurately, that addresses relationships between the ideas but without detail and/or with serious misunderstandings, and that is weak relative to three or four of coherence, cohesion, clarity and concision.
unclassified 0-40: An essay that shows little understanding of ideas from the module, that expresses these inaccurately, that does not address relationships between the ideas and that is weak relative to three or four of coherence, cohesion, clarity and concision.
