I took care of a 5-year-old boy with acute/Chronic respiratory failure with hypoxia, Brachomalacia, CHARGE SYNDROME, Congenital dysplasia of Tricuspid Valve, etc. My patient is dependent on a vent during the night and Tracheostomy dependent. Also, he has a G-tube for feedings and medications. Today I passed meds via G tube multiple times. I helped with ADL Skills.
