1) When you think of impactful leaders, what leaders come to mind? List 2 Historical Leaders. 1 that had positive impact and 1 that had negative impact. Briefly describe each leader. Ex. Did they lead a company/team/armed forces, etc, when did they lead, how long, etc.
2) For each leader, list at least 3 characteristics or details of their leadership that impacted their positive impact (or for the negative, their negative impact)
3) For each Leader, list 2 course concepts that are prevalent in their leadership. (Correct APA in text sourcing and full reference is required)
4) For each, list the powers they used and describe how and why they used these powers.
5) Briefly conclude, in your opinion, what leader was more impactful and why.

Once you understand an Organization’s Corporate Strategy, it’s important to understand Congruence and the congruence analysis by Nadler and Tushman. Very simply, Corporate Congruence starts and ends with Strategy and it means alignment within the organizations environments. Often components of an organization are examined to diagnose if the internal modules of an organization are working together to drive it’s strategy.
In the simplest terms, it means that any 2 parts/components of the organization are either working together or working against each other in order to support the overall strategy.

When diagnosing a situation, you’ll need to be able to identify and separate the Problem from the Cause from the Symptoms. A Cause is something that led to the issue/problem occurring. These are the reasons there is a problem. (Before) You can’t solve a problem unless you know what is causing it.
A Problem is the issue that is occurring (Current)
A Symptom is something that is happening now as a result of the problem. Symptoms are observable from the outside, as when you go to the doctor and report a fever or a sore leg (After). Symptoms will typically go away/resolve after the problem is solved and the causes removed.
