DUE: NO LATER THAN 11:59PM SATURDAY, DECEMBER 16Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is two-fold. First, you are to both reflect upon and share with me what you have gained from this course. To achieve this first goal, you will want to be detailed and descriptive in your examples, and you will want to make direct reference to at least three specific concepts from this course. Second, you are to reflect upon and evaluate your participation in this course. To achieve this second goal, you will want to be sure to determine the number of points (out of 20 possible) you believe you have earned and make a strong argument by responding fully to a, b, c, and d below to support this assessment.
Task: Write an assessment of your progress over the course of this semester. Within this assessment, be sure to discuss the following:
In what way(s) do you think you have grown as a result of this class? Be sure to support your claims with explanatory detail (stories, examples, etc.),
what is the one area of interpersonal communication in which you think you have seen the most improvement? Be sure to support your claims with explanatory detail (stories, examples, etc.),
write an honest self-evaluation of your participation in this class since you wrote your midterm assessment. Of a possible 20 points, how many points do you believe you have earned? Do you think you have improved or declined? If so, what led to this change? Please make an argument for the number of points you believe you have earned and why. I can, and will, adjust your grade (up or down) if your argument is inaccurate or poorly developed, so please be sure to make a strong case for yourself.

If you believe you have earned an A (Superior–you have gone above and beyond the minimum expected), award yourself between 18 and 20 points. If you believe you have earned a B (Excellent–you have done more than the minimum expected) award yourself between 16 and 17.5 points. If you believe you have earned a C(Good–you are meeting the minimum/average of what is expected) award yourself between 14 and 15.5 points. If you believe you have earned a D (Poor–you are falling short of the minimum expected) award yourself between 12 and 13.5 points. And, if you believe you have earned an F (Failing–you have fallen far short of the minimum expected) award yourself between 0 and 11.5 points.
