Research information and collaborate with your team about potential products/services you may offer; identify viable countries for your chosen opportunity.
Identify at least two products/services and two countries and discuss the pros and cons for each.
Consider absolute and comparative advantages, market potential, and risks for your chosen countries. Decide on one country based on this analysis.
Describe the culture, economics, politics, and laws of your chosen country.
Perform SWOT and VRIO analyses (product/service; organization; country).
Outline challenges and opportunities based on your SWOT and VRIO analyses.
Determine the strategy for the business (include legal form) and country of entrance.
Identify competitors and their influence on the proposed global business and the product/service.
Written Paper:
The final paper should be written as a research paper in APA style (6th or 7th edition). There is no requirement for a presentation.
When sharing your ideas, make sure you support every decision you make with credible sources. Do not just mention the “what”, but make sure you explain the “how” and “why” of each of your decisions. It is imperative that you paraphrase and/or interpret the information from your sources.
