Abdul,
I see four main issues to deal with:
1) Rewrite all the sentences that use ‘you’ or ‘your’, ‘us’ or ‘we’.
2) You’re missing a third difference. I mean, you have written about tasks and educational requirements, but you need a third one. The idea that regular nurses work with patients in general and pediatric nurses work with children is too obvious, too basic.
3) There are citations and references, but is not in APA the references are not in APA format.
4) There are no strong transitions between paragraphs.
