BUSN201 Introduction to Construction Management
Assignment 1: Research Paper (Week 3)
Please choose a construction management topic identified in the course readings or another topic relative to this course which has the potential to impact the management process of construction.
Some suggested topics are:
1. Project Life Cycle;
2. Residential Housing Construction;
3. Project Management;
4. Strategic Management;
5. Types of Risk;
6. Recent federal laws and regulations of government agencies related to construction management;
7. Proposals made by trade or professional organizations; and
8. other topics may be identified by the student and approved by the instructor.
Prepare a paper of at least 12 pages discussing the topic. The 12 pages are in addition to your title and reference page. It must be in proper APA format. Upon completion, upload your work to the Assignments area of the classroom.
