The people of North Carolina are predominantly of native origin. The population in this place is ageing; most of the people work in the industries and factories. The population is growing at an alarming rate. During the recent census, 8% of the households were living with elderly people of 65 years and above. The cost of living has been increasing for the last 2 years, making it difficult for the elderly people especially with minimal support from the working class.
