Che Aziz, R., Nik Hashim, N. A. A., & Awang, Z. (2018). Tourism development in rural areas: Potentials of appreciative inquiry approach. Journal of Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts, 10(1), 5975. Web.

In the hospitality industry, it has been a challenge to establish tourism in rural areas. The problem is managed by the Che Aziz et al. (2018) study, which used the AI approach as a research tool to determine different ways in which rural tourism can be developed. The primary data was collected with the main view on the targeted samples comprising the Sungai Sedim Nature Forest (SSNF) in Keda, Malaysia (Che Aziz et al., 2018). The SSNF formed the main sample for the collection of data which comprises natural resources, eco-tourism products, and tree-top walks historical assets. The respondents conducted questionnaires to boost the entire eco-tourism destination in Malaysia. Different group participants for the research were made up of local communities, local authorities, tourism operations, and different visitors at the SSNF. Through the effective provision of the appreciative injury, it becomes possible for the study to identify the different views of the stakeholders with regard to whether the tool meets the research objectives.

It has been a challenge for most of the researchers to conduct a rational study on the global financial time in terms of corporative management. As a result, doing research on how AI could help to solve the issue is essential. AI was incorporated into the methodology to determine different scenarios of the financial times (Grieten et al., 2017). The research was intensively grounded in an in-depth analysis of the appreciative inquiry conference 2012 and subsequent discussions in 2012 and 2016 (Gritten et al., 2017). From the research, the major components of appreciative Inquiry comprise the aspects of discovery, dream, design, and creating a destiny for a given scenario (Grieten et al., 2017). From the research, the major components of appreciative Inquiry comprise the aspects of discovery, dream, design, and creating a destiny for a given scenario (Grieten et al., 2017). Furthermore, it is evident that AI has been playing a vital role in contributing to the new possibilities of strengthening the different efforts of scholarly works.

Hung, L., Phinney, A., Chaudhury, H., Rodney, P., Tabamo, J., & Bohl, D. (2018). Appreciative Inquiry. International Journal of Qualitative Methods, 17(1). Web.

Healthcare institutions have been struggling with how to maintain teamwork within their institutions. In this study, the researchers worked with a team of practitioners with the objective of co-developing knowledge and practice using the case study of an urban hospital in Canada. The methodology of the study strategically focused on collecting data from the hospitals medical unit. The participants who participated in the collection of data through questionnaires were 50staffs comprising the practitioners, the nurses, the unit leaders, and the physicians. Interviews were conducted in order to understand how AI can be applied in a medical setting. The data was thematically analyzed using three major themes: appreciating the power of co-injury, building team capacity, and continuous development. From the identified themes, it was found that AI has a significant impact on building the team capacity of members at a given organization. The use of AI in the study helped in the researchers to identify how the different settings of the hospital facilities are set.

Schmied, V., Burns, E., & Sheehan, A. (2019). Place of sanctuary: An appreciative inquiry approach to discovering how communities support breastfeeding and parenting. International Breastfeeding Journal, 14(1). Web.

Studies on how different communities support breastfeeding and parenting programs have not been clear. Schmied et al. (2019) relied on Appreciative Inquiry approach when studying the social networks and community attitudes that revolve around breastfeeding in public and how this influence the decisions of an infant (Schmied et al., 2019). The methodology involved the collection of data through interviews from the thirty-five participants who attended different community conversations comprising of the parents, children, grandparents, local government representatives, and medical officers from the maternity and child health (Schmied et al., 2019). The appreciative Inquiry is considered a transformative approach to change in the organization on the way people perceive the subject of breastfeeding. The positive dialogue of the AI helps in creating a clear transformation that can cause a given. The 4D cycle of the AI approach, that is, discovery, dream, and destiny, helps in identifying the significance and rationale of the subject matter of breastfeeding.

Yudarwati, G. A. (2019). Appreciative Inquiry for community engagement in Indonesia rural communities. Public Relations Review, 45(4), 101833. Web.

Rural areas in Indonesia face challenges of not being united and working as a team. The AI is adopted by the researcher to determine how the rural communities can be united by getting engaged with each other. Yudarwati (2019) looked at the three main issues affecting the concept, which comprise domination of instrumental perspectives, lack of economic inclusiveness, and dominion of the positivistic paradigm. This narrowed down to evaluating the micro-hydro power in Indonesia. An expletory case study was used as a design for the accomplishment of the research objectives. The study relied on social constructionism and a qualitative approach when analyzing the collected data. From the article, it is evident that the AI approach helps in solving social problems and challenges in the community, especially in rural areas.

Hastie, P. A., Rudisill, M. E., Boyd, K., & Johnson, J. L. (2019). Examining the pathway to motor skill competence in a mastery motivational climate: An Appreciative Inquiry. Research Quarterly for Exercise and Sport, 90(3), 259269. Web.

The study is based on determining the solution which can help to learn institutions teach students and make them deeply understand climate. Students have no good skills in mastering the concepts in class. The main purpose of the research followed the AI approach in identifying the pathway taken by the learners in their physical education setting. Hastie (2019) used a sample size comprising of 4- year old children to collect primary data. The secondary data was done by use of photographic images to understand different experiences of climatic changes. The identification of critical teaching behaviours during the program adds value to the content that teachers can give children to understand climatic changes. This will help children on advancing in their pathway of mastery when placed in an autonomy-supportive climate. The study will also equip the learner with skills which can help them to understand how to conduct themselves when studying.

Magnussen, I.-L., Alteren, J., & Bondas, T. (2019). Appreciative Inquiry in a Norwegian nursing home: A unifying and maturing process to forward new knowledge and new practice. International Journal of Qualitative Studies on Health and Well-Being, 14(1), 1559437. Web.

Norwegian Nursing home has been struggling to unify their nurses and make them work as a team. Hence there is a need to identify ways in which healthcare workers can work together in a hospital setup. The purpose of the research was to identify how AI has been useful in developing nursing knowledge and practices. The incorporation of AI in healthcare institutions is vital as it helps in identifying ideal practices that help nurses to advance in their careers. The main research primarily focused on illuminating the participation of healthcare providers in developing new medical knowledge. Data was collected from a sample size of medical providers who have three years of experience through interviews and questionnaires. Conclusively, the application of AI helps healthcare institution to enhance the well-being of employees by unifying them.
