The life and activity of a person in the conditions of modern society are inextricably linked with the impact of unfavorable factors on him, which is accompanied by the emergence, negative emotions, intense experiences. The most typical mental state that develops under the influence of extreme living conditions is stress. The problem of stress is scientific, which has focused the efforts of scientists of different specialties and directions in recent years. Stress resistance, the protection of ones physical and mental health from the influence of stress factors, largely depends on the people themselves and their ability to use specific methods and self-regulation techniques.

Over the past decades, there has been a growing interest in psychology in the problem of professional deformations of the individual as a phenomenon that accompanies the professional life of an individual. The essence of professional deformation is most often associated with adaptation to the conditions, considering professional deformations of the personality as a way of transforming behavior, and quality reduction. Often, professionals suffer from overload in the workplace and conflicts with management. This leads to negative consequences, such as stress, professional deformation and emotional burnout.

Culture can also have a significant impact on the psychosocial lives of middle-aged people. Edelman et al. (2014) state that culture refers to integrated patterns of human behavior that define the language, values, thoughts, customs, and institutions of racial, ethnic, and religious social groups. For example, if a person has moved from one country to another, he is used to his own culture, which is not the place to be in a new country. Such a difference can lead to stress and change the internal perceptions of a person.

As for my work, I, like everyone else, may be subject to emotional burnout or may have conflicts or inconsistencies with the management in the future. In order to avoid this, I take some actions, for example, rest on weekends. It helps to restore strength after working days, and from the new week, I can have fresh ideas and thoughts that I can apply in my work.

In conclusion, there are quite a few factors that affect the emotional state of a person. The long-term impact of stress on people has a negative influence not only on the emotional condition, but also on health. There are many methods to avoid this impact, for example, rest with relatives and family can help restore the disturbed emotional experience.
