World changes and develops every minute. Some changes may be observed in behavior of people, in their manners to hold themselves and in the way they live. These changes in people should be supported by changes in other people’s activities and lifestyle. Education is one of the parts of people’s life, which should adapt quickly to the changes which appear in the modern world. Education is the first sphere of people’s life which should react quickly to the changes in the world and should search for ways to improve and develop its system which should correspond to modern world with its requirements.

To achieve these aims we should provide some changes in the organizational structure in the Adult Multicultural Education Services.

To achieve this aim we should:

  2. To provide the ‘old’ customers with new opportunities, to vary services for them
  3. Broaden the customer range, to look for new customer audience
  4. Increase the services that the organization offers, provide absolutely new services
  5. To change the financial policy in reference to permanent customers.

Every, of these strategies, has its pros and cons. Entering the new market may bring some additional financial profit, but at the same time the expenses may increase due to heightened competitive struggle. To vary services for ‘old’ customers is impossible without financial support which is required and may create some inconveniences. At the same time, the demand on the services will increase and the financial incomes will also increase.

Broadening the customer range, looking for new customer audience is impossible without providing absolutely new services (such as distant education). All these changes require great financial injections, which will return later, but there is always a risk when the deal concerns money.

In sum, there are a lot of Human Service Organisations which are created to help people to organize their life and to adapt to the changing world. There a lot of ways to increase the income of such organizations, but there is always a risk, which supports all financial operations. There a lot of strategies which give plan how to improve the work of this or that organization, but every offered strategy has its own pluses and minuses.
