The psychology of choice is a very delicate matter that has not been fully studied yet, and all the guesses are mostly predictions and hypotheses. According to Montibeller and Winterfeldt (2015), the human brain is designed so that, like any living organism, it adapts to appropriate conditions and eventually reacts to any changes.
