The personality theories can be linked to theories like the biological that suggest the genetics are responsible for the personality and research on the heritability which suggest that there is a link between genetics and personality traits. The behavioral theories suggest that the personality is a result of the interaction between the individual and the environment and the theorist study on the observable and measurable behaviors.

The psychodynamic theories emphasize on the influence of the unconscious mind and childhood experiences on personality. The humanist theories emphasize the importance of free will and the individual experience in the development of personality. It emphasizes the concept of self- actualization, which is an innate need for personal growth that motivates behavior.

In conducting an interview of an individual then it is important to note that each person has a unique mix of some of the sub selves some are young that is the inner children and they are very reactive and specialize in bringing the primary emotions like curiosity, awe, anxiety, silliness, rage, guilt, confusion, loneliness, and shame. To be able to understand oneself then one need to get information from others concerning your behaviors, likes and dislikes.

To best understand who you are then one gets more information from others through comparing what others say about you. People know you more than you can be able to explain yourself and therefore in order not to be biased on the interview that you carry out then you need to include several people. One may think to be good when in real sense you are not and therefore people will explain you better as either been good or bad depending on the approach they view you.

The best word one can express him or she is through taking yourself as unique and doing all things in a unique way. For example what I like is not what the other person likes and therefore my desire to do something might not be yours as well. (Burger, 1993)

The most important memory in childhood is the things that the elder people do and the ego keeps that information in that I can be able to remember it even in my old age. What I learn when a child is able to be kept until when a situation related to that arises in future can be of importance to me. It is therefore advisable to bring up the child in the right manner so that when he or she grows up will not have regrets on what to do as the right thing had been given while young. It becomes very hard for a child to forget something that was taught when young as compared to teaching an old person.

I have wanted to further my education and also still do more in helping others but this has been a problem because of lack of basic needs like clothing, shelter in terms of getting a job where you are able to cater for yourself. The jobs are also a problem to get as there are many people in the country looking for them even with higher education than the one I have. Everyone is willing to live a better life and still achieve more and do many things that will help others as you still help yourself.

I also wish to have my own vehicle which will help in movement from one place to another and it still have to carry others who need my help. To pursue my dream has been a problem as without money then nothing is possible and also due to the poverty in the country as only what we get is very limited and can not be enough to cater for the basic needs and at the same time remain for the luxurious goods.

The economy is still very low meaning that there are many people in need for the jobs but they have no where to be accommodated as the country is still a third world country. There is still a problem where by the resources are not spread evenly and therefore it becomes hard to move and search for the resources for development to take place and people end up completing for the scarce resources in there areas without any improvement. People who know you best may have different descriptions of who I am because not all people like others to have success in life.

Given a chance and the necessary resources I can do all the best and make the country a better place than the way it is. This I can do through ensuring that resources are evenly distributed from the areas that have more to the others without. This could help people in such areas to work hard and have a law that will ensure all people are treated well.

The person’s personality is that one desires to do good to help others as he or she benefits from what is been provided and also the person given the chance can ensure that people benefit in all areas in that the person is not selfish on matters concerning life. The person feels that it is important to take others as been part of that country and be able to care for the rest been poor or rich will mean the same and will keep away the problems of tribal clashes.

The evolutionary perspective of personality is closely related to all other perspectives for example by revealing that human behavior is driven by unconscious, instinctual forces, the personality arises from the way in which humans are able to resolve these instinctual impulses with societal constraints and the long- term needs of the individual. This perspective views personality as the product of a long history during which it was advantageous for the humans to adopt particular characteristics ways of thinking and behaving. (Phares, 1991)

The personalities of different people are always different and no one has a personality that is like the other person. The way you see things and think is very different from the way I view and tackle a certain thing and therefore people’s personality are very advance and distinct.
