Introduction

For this project, a study was made of behavior that can be reflected in health. Thus, various areas of psychology can study the deviations that appear in people due to any kind of behavior. The study of such patterns for psychology is essential since, with their help, the appropriate treatment can be more effectively formulated.

Discussion

However, it is impossible to explore this topic without the involvement of third-party people who could anonymously disclose their normal daily habits. Therefore, it is necessary to interview people about their habits, having previously informed them of their consent to participate in the experiment. Experimental design is an important aspect of conducting research, as it allows one to clearly formulate goals and methods for achieving them. Considering the experiment, I can say that the research hypothesis was: “Behavioral habits and attitudes have a strong impact on human health.” A hypothesis is an educated guess about a particular phenomenon that can be tested through research (Bleu, 2020). Thus, scientific work implies the bringing of evidentiary factors that can support the hypothesis put forward.

Conclusion

The general theme of this study is to find out the degree of influence of human actions on their physical and mental health. In this regard, it is most applicable to the chapter in which the concepts of psychological behavior of people under the influence of certain factors are revealed. Compliance with this chapter is important because it directly relates to the research topic. During the experiment, the identity of all participants was protected by the fact that their data was taken anonymously, and no contact information was required from the participants. At the same time, the study’s results could be provided via e-mail.
