Ideology
The foundation of the ideology is multiculturalism and the freedom of all people, regardless of their religion and ethnic origin (Vora, Martin, Fitzsimmons, Pekerti, Lakshman, and Raheem, “Multiculturalism within individuals”, 520-521). It is the central pillar on which political ideology rests and in connection with which social and political institutions develop. My country stands for linguistic and creative diversity, which can only be achieved through the joint productive work of many people who grew up in different cultures. In such an atmosphere, all people will be able to feel welcome and free citizens.
Distinctive Feature of the Ideology
What, however, distinguishes my country from others that also profess the values of multiculturalism? The value of education, creative leisure, and language development. Multiculturalism does not a priori promise you great benefits; however, we actively advocate the values of multicultural education. Knowledge of several languages at different levels will be a huge plus, and migrants will not feel problems due to the language barrier. Migrants often share stories of being shamed for not knowing the language or having an accent. They felt awkward, like children, and in my state, this would be impossible since your difference becomes your main creative and language bonus. All you have to do is be kind to people who want to learn about your culture and language. Life in nature is declared an additional value, even if the work of migrants is not connected with agriculture.
Advantages
The proposed ideology plays a significant role in supporting the environment and allows rural life to emerge from the shadow of marginalized stereotypes. It will help residents maintain their health by reducing the risks of obesity, mental disorders, and respiratory problems (Liu, Wu, Mao, Huo, Tu, Qian, Xia, et al., “Prevalence and influencing”, 2-3). This ideology is not the theoretical system of categories understandable only to politicians. Each idea can be harmoniously woven into the life of an ordinary citizen. For example, increased attention to creative and educational life allows for organizing many competitions and festivals. My country is a giant in the international labor market, nurturing young professionals with developed soft skills and the ability to work in a multicultural team.
Disadvantages
Development in terms of culture and language exchange can be very burdensome for investors, as not all universities and colleges will be able to support themselves. The already mentioned hubs and festivals will require particular investments, which means that the government will constantly look for new investors. Dependent on investors, you can distort your ideology and let new people and companies dictate their terms. It can significantly damage the government’s reputation and the country. In addition, such a beneficial ideology for migrants can open the way to international conflicts. These crises can be associated with uncontrolled flows of migrants with refugees in neighboring countries and a terrorist threat. The government must be very attentive and always remain on the side of pacifism, preventing the participation of its citizens in hostilities on the territory of other countries, such as the countries of the Middle East (Syria, Iraq).
The Form of Government
Representative democracy is the most rational choice in the presence of a multicultural public space. Under direct democracy, electoral processes would be complicated and unnecessarily stretched out in time. However, very high demands will be placed on persons who will bend the will of citizens or carry out their decisions. These requirements will concern their reputation, background, education, and specific training. Achieving high positions for showpeople or people hungry for fame and attention should become impossible. Since the state is based on a multicultural ideology, government officials must also be multicultural. The state will develop a culture of cancellation and pay special attention to the institution of reputation, but public or ostracism in the media is unacceptable.
Advantages
Due to the high heterogeneity of society, it is considered rational to make public administration based on representative democracy. Incoming migrants will be able to easily understand the political life of their new home and take part in it. Sometimes migrants feel marginalized due to the excessive complexity of the political procedures and processes that surround them. This problem must be eliminated; in addition, society must receive a certain balance in the faces of its willers. Different desires and aspirations can find support among different parties in parliament. A representative democracy will allow citizens with effective ideas to present them to others. They are free to take part in political procedures and processes; however, with further promotion and securing themselves in a high position, they will have to pass a serious qualification. There is a big problem of trust connected with this qualification, which will be revealed below. Representative democracy is also believed to motivate people to increase their political literacy and awareness. This is very much in line with my state’s main values of development.
Disadvantages
A representative democracy inevitably forms a group of elites, and it is vital to keep its reputation for avoiding public discontent and protest. There shouldn’t be scandals; that’s what a well-functioning reputation institution and cancellation culture are all about. They should be directed mainly to the political life of the government members and not to their private lives problems. For example, issues of corruption or harassment in the workplace should be widely publicized and followed by dismissal from office. These strict actions aim to maintain the trust of citizens in the former government and elites. Without faith, representative democracy ceases to be representative, as the voice of will ceases to be the true representative of the people. The problem of the minority is also becoming a serious problem. In the future, I plan to enact laws to allow minorities to have representation in parliament. In addition, during the election campaign, minorities will have many opportunities to present themselves and attract the attention of the majority or simply passive citizens who will want to support them and be impressed.
Political Participation
A multi-party system is a great chance for all public initiatives to shine, no matter what they are concerned about and whatever values they promote (Otjes and Rasmussen, “The collaboration”, 101-102). The number of people who voted for them will determine the number of seats in parliament. However, it must be recognized that, under such a system, it is impossible to give up for the sake of the majority parties that satisfy the interests of various minorities. The example of India in the work of a multi-party system can show how important it is to protect parties that stand for public associations.
Civil Rights
In a multicultural society, there is always room to protect individual rights. Affected migrants seek support for their rights and protection as the government in their homelands abhors human security. My country stands ready to provide a platform for migrants to freely express their opinions aloud, with the guarantee of equal rights and respect from listeners.
Interest Group Influence
Groups can influence public opinion in the case of scandals such as Watergate (Levy and Balis, Bringing Down a President, 99-100). That is why it is necessary to closely monitor public confidence in political elites. It is expected that the younger population will be incredibly demanding of them and will be more difficult to succumb to the influence of groups.
