The Departmental managers should be taxed with initiating team building to be initiated in the fourth quarter of this year, while the Marketing Director is to be charged with the task of building a business plan in the first quarter of 2010. Leadership seminars can also be used to make sure that leaders are well versed with the training needs of the company.
