In this brief paper, the medical facility called “Los Angeles LGBT Center”. This healthcare organization is based in Los Angeles and specializes in the advancement of treatment and care of LGBT people. Their organization pays attention to modern research on the treatment of LGBT individuals, trying to offer top-quality care in their narrow field. One of the major advantages of this place is the opportunity to use the most widespread insurance plans, including Medicare.
Internal factors of the organization are cultural competencies, core values, and the effective management of the organization. Cultural competencies mean the ability of the employees to work professionally with LGBT people. The core values of the company are affordability, inclusivity, and transparency. They determine the goals and aims of the company in the field of healthcare services. Concerning the effectiveness of the management, it manifests in the excellent reviews on Google and the large number of different roles that doctors perform in this medical center. An organization’s management has an “effective vision” for the future development of the organization (Ginter et al., 2013). All these described internal factors influence the organization in a positive way by creating a friendly atmosphere for its clients.
As for external factors, there are at least three of them: donations, lack of technological advancement, and the limited target audience. Defining external factors, Almathami et al. Another negative factor is the limited number of people who can visit this place for help. It may result in a situation of crisis at some time in the future.
