At the same time, working in healthcare is associated with high moral and psychological pressure affecting health, exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, and it is difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance in it. This can lead to negative consequences, stress, and general dissatisfaction with life. For this reason, it becomes essential to promote the Quadruple Aim.
