Assessing the relevance of the methods for strengthening leadership in healthcare management has allowed me to find useful and effective methods for analyzing my personal qualities. Taking appropriate tests and identifying my personal inclinations have helped me identify my strengths and highlight the competencies that I can develop to enhance my leadership skills. Managing healthcare staff requires adherence to ethical, professional, communication, and other principles, and due to the work done, I can see that I have the prospects to strengthen and develop the necessary skills in myself.

Personal Leadership Assessments

A series of tests has allowed me to form a vision of myself as a potential leader. Ledlow and Coppola (2014) propose to determine the propensity for a particular leadership style based on the analysis of brain hemisphere dominance. In accordance with this analysis, I can note that I use both hemispheres, but the right one dominates because I perceive visual images better, thereby forming clear strategic decisions. The Enneagram test, which Ledlow and Coppola (2014) cite as another analytical tool, has allowed me to identify my leadership type as one that fits the construct of higher goals.
