E-medicine

In the recent years, several major laws affecting the practice of public health were enacted, aimed to minimize health disparities by lowering costs and improving the accessibility of health care. In the light of recent reforms of health care aimed at improving the quality and accessibility of health care services, the application of e-medicine can be seen as a viable solution to overcoming current health care issues.

The types of information technology include the Internet, mobile communication networks, personal computers and mobile devices.   • Telehealth enables access to health care in rural areas and regions with limited access to medical services;
