Although virtual learning was a strategy against COVID-19, many institutions still adopt it due to its benefits.

Platforms such as Google Meet and Microsoft Teams are common platforms used for synchronous online learning (Hervás-Gómez et al., 2021). Consequently, the students can ask questions that can be responded to by their classmates and teachers.
