Life is all about striking a right balance between important things. Priorities differ from person to person but one of the most important aspects of good life is the right diet. Our body requires sufficient nourishment to support us at work or for that matter at any other important place; hence it becomes imperative for every human being to look after their body well. Looking after the body is all about getting two things right namely, the right diet and the right workout. This paper will throw light upon two diets, one which is good for health and the other that ruins health.

Good health is all about taking a balanced diet, there are no hidden secrets of how to have a good health. Diet majorly constitute towards good health, there is no denying that there are other factors like habits etc but diet is one of the most important factors to keep in the pink of health. It is firmly believed that a single substance cannot completely nourish the body, hence it is good to take a variety of healthy products like fruits, vegetables, sprout, Fish, Meat etc. Cereals and pulses are also one of the most important constituents which form my diet. It is extremely important to consume Carbohydrates, proteins, fats, Fibre and Mineral salts. One should make it a point to eat fruits every day; this ensures sufficient Fibre intake takes place in my body.

To satisfy other important aspects, one should make it a point to include meat, cereals and pulses etc in my diet. One should drink a lot of water to ensure sufficient mineral intake, in addition to this one must drink fruit juices to ensure that there is good energy to burn at work or when working out in the gym.

Obesity has become a major issue in many countries like the US. People become obese when there is no balance in their diet. Obesity also hampers the potential of a human being, for instance, a human being who is very capable of carrying out multiple task to perfection will not be carry out the same when the individual becomes obese. The stamina reduces significantly and the zeal to work also goes away. In order to take a proper diet, one must follow some basic rules intensively. The most important is to make a diet table and follow the same. The diet table must include a balanced diet and the individual making it should do a lot of research to ensure that every needed ingredient is included. To compare this to the diet of obese people, one would find a lot of difference. The obese people eat a lot of fat in their diet and the fat is mainly because of the junk food that they eat. Burgers, pizza, biscuits etc cause a lot of damage to the health and these things make an individual obese, this happens when an individual develops a liking for fast food. There are pizza outlets at every nook and corner of cities and it is easily available, in addition to this other fast food items like biscuits etc are also easily available.

The easy availability of fast food is the biggest problem and must be dealt with as soon as possible. Having a control is a must; the taste buds should not be tweaked by junk food. In spite of the ill effects of junk food, it is not bad to have junk food once in a while. It should not become a habit but junk food can be eaten for a good change. The nutrients that make up junk food like pizza, burgers etc can be taken in the body but not on a regular basis. People who become obese eat a lot and never workout. It is acceptable if a person eats a lot but the same person must workout also in order to ensure that the body stays in good shape.

No work can be carried out without a proper body. This is exactly why body is considered a temple by many people across the globe and it is high time to understand how to maintain this temple properly. Craving for any particular item worsens the situation, for instance, if a person is madly in love with biscuits, he will crave for biscuits and will not be satisfied until he has got enough biscuits to satisfy himself, the whole point is that no compulsive madness must be developed for any particular food item. Pastries and cake are also considered junk food and have serious repercussions when eaten regularly. People who are gluttonous never workout and this is the saddest part. On the contrary, people who eat healthy food like pulses, serials etc eat a good diet and workout too, this not only ensures good health but also gives them a good body to work for long hours. Working for long hours is no joke and it requires a lot of stamina.

Obese people have very little stamina in them and the same restricts their growth and progress. It is very fair to say that the obese people can never fare well in any physical activity that requires a lot of stamina, only those who eat right and workout will fare well in such tasks.

Taking care of calories is very important; an average person takes about 2500 K calories every day. If this counts goes up then it becomes imperative to workout. This count usually goes up because of junk food and other unadvisable food. A right combination of fat and proteins must be found out in order to stay healthy. Failing to do so can have negative impact on the body of an individual. Healthy eating is not about being strict with oneself but it is about eating right and staying fit by working out. There are several sports that an individual can play n order to keep fit. For instance, athletics is a very interesting sport that can keep an individual fit and healthy. Running for 30 minutes a day ensures that an individual stays fit and healthy. Likewise there are other sports activities too that an individual can engage in like working out in the gym, playing football, volleyball, basketball etc.

To conclude it is very fair to say that good diet can be possibly anything and there is nothing called bad diet but when an individual becomes obsessed with any particular food item that will harm his body, the same becomes bad diet. Hence it is very fair to conclude that eating right and working out are the two most important things in order to stay fit and healthy.
