These are key issues that cannot be separated from change in organizations.

Thirdly, he adds that the first and second factors outline the processes involved in the formation of different change management strategies. What are the impacts of choosing strategies for change on outsourced services like call centers and the human resource department? The researchers should have explored these issues because they are inseparable from organizational strategies adopted to bring change in the activities of a company.
