The two companies that will analyzed are AMN Healthcare and Alliance Healthcare Services, Inc. Both companies operate in the USA. The analysis of the companies will be based on the concepts of production, marketing, forecasting, supply and demand.

Alliance Healthcare Services is one of the well-known providers of outpatient radiation therapy and diagnostic imaging services. The company is focused on gaining high revenues and improving of the incorporated systems. The company applies the PET/CT, MRI and CT technologies with the help of its imaging departments, while the oncology department investigates the impact of radiation on the development of tumors.

Production

AMN Healthcare has been offering high quality services to many clients across the globe. The services have made the reputation of the company go higher on frequent basis, besides attracting others. Therefore, many products which are being produced and the services being offered have been appreciated from time to time by many loyal clients.
