Managers have several valid reasons to be concerned about motivating employees.

Understanding and appreciating the above is a necessity for successful employee motivation in the workplace, as well as good management and organizational achievement.

Thirdly, a business is less likely to fulfill its goals if its personnel is not entirely committed.
