These trends will continue to be central challenges for managers if proper measures are not undertaken. To tackle these challenges effectively, it takes coordination between senior management and their subordinates (Bulturbayevich & Ikromjonovich, 2021). High standards and more so increased integrity from managers will improve general standards in organizations and workplaces.
New technologies and dynamism in organizations will be a big challenge facing future managers. One of Saint Leo’s principles is excellence and individual development in spirit and mind (Todd et al., 2015). This development is key for managers if they will be able to alleviate most of the challenges of dynamism in management looking into the future. It will also be key to shaping the management practices of future leaders. Aspiring managers should be able to invest extensively in individual growth if they are to become efficient and effective in their leadership.
Integrity is one of NOHS’s ethical standards where one is supposed to behave and act in good faith and fairness. For the success of current leaders, integrity should be a key ethic if the current trends are to be addressed (Kerewsky, 2018). For current leaders to practice effectively in the next 10 -15 years, they will need to have high levels of integrity to create an environment that supports ethically sound behavior and also instill shared accountability in their employees.
