Imagine that you are a social worker employed by a nonprofit community organization whose mission is to address the issue at hand. You have formed a task group for a community project, and there is conflict within the group. Natural leaders in the community have formed subgroups around different approaches to the project.
Summarize the current issue, how it is related to systemic oppression, and how you imagine it is affecting the community you are tasked to help.
