Please read this first part before you continue: I’m requesting assistance with this 30-minute speech preparation. Below, I have provided detailed information and completed most of the work, but I am requiring only organization and finalization from you as a tutor.
30-minute presentation:
Minutes 1-2: Introduction
– Welcome and introduce yourself (This is already complete and attached with the form starting with Good Morning)
– Briefly explain the topic and objectives of the presentation ( You would need to create this objective for me)
Minutes 3-5: Explain Performance Oriented Training and After Action Review
– Define Performance Oriented Training and its importance (This has three E’d Education Phase, Experience Phase, and Evaluate Phase: touch up on those three phases briefly)
– Explain the purpose and process of After Action Review (AAR) ( This has three phases also: Should Phase, Did Phase, and Do Better Phase: if you can please elaborate on this if not just leave a notation and i will get back to it.)
Minutes 6-8: Introduce Performance Objective
– Clearly state the single performance objective for the presentation
– Ensure it aligns with the topic and is specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART)
Minutes 9-15: Educate on Performance Objective
– Use the three forms (Central Control Picket, and two Security Concerns Modules attached) to explain the performance objective
– Break down complex information into easily digestible segments
Minutes 16-18: Illustration and Scenario
– Create an engaging illustration to help students understand the scenario, this can be a made-up illustration
– Present the made-up scenario related to the performance objective scenario (e.g., a key log issuance)
Minutes 19-20: Student Participation
– Ask students to participate in the above brief activity (less than 60 seconds) related to the scenario
– Encourage them to think critically and apply what they’ve learned
Minutes 21-30: After Action Review (AAR)
– A.) “What was intended to happen?” (3 questions in Should Phase without using the word should)
– B.) “What actually happened?” (3 questions in Did Phase without using the word did)
– C.) “What can be improved for future scenarios?” (3 3 questions in Do Better Phase without using the word do better or done better, paraphrase the questions to fit the topic)
Remember to keep each segment concise and engaging, with visual aids and interactions to maintain student interest.
